Built on Experience

and Trust

During this past decade, Ben and his Team have built a strong reputation

 in Hobart's residential building industry.

Working closely with leading Architects and Designers, they value being involved early in the design process, bringing practical building knowledge, an understanding of construction costs and a collaborative approach to each project.

For Benik Building, experience and trust are about more than the finished result.

They're about honest advice, clear communication, realistic expectations

and doing what they say they'll do.

"It's an approach built on mutual respect, shared knowledge

and good project management"

Spaces that Make Life Better

The spaces created should do more than serve a purpose.

They should feel like home,
They should complement the way you live, and
make everyday moments that little bit easier.

Whether it's building a new home, reimagining

an existing space or creating

more room for the people

and things that you love.

Benik Building will approach each project

with care and consideration.

TESTIMONIALS

Benik Building did an outstanding job building our house. The advice and support prior to breaking ground really allowed for our project to go so smoothly and took alot of the guess work out for us.

The element of the project that impressed me the most was the quality of the build and attention to detail. These guys have some serious pride in their work which, these days, which is not always easy to find.

The restoration of the deck was blended into the new build seamlessly. The room looks as though it has always been there. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Ben and his Team
